Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use Vocab, a vocabulary-learning website and app. By using Vocab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate sign-in details, keep your account credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
Your learning content
You retain your rights in the words, sentences, and other content you submit. You authorize Vocab to process that content as needed to provide vocabulary lookup, AI-generated learning materials, synchronization, audio, and support. Corrections you submit for the shared dictionary may be made available to other Vocab users after review. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use or share for those purposes.
Learning tools and AI content
Definitions, examples, translations, speech, and writing feedback may be generated or assisted by automated systems and can contain errors. Review important language, educational, or professional decisions independently. Vocab is a study aid and does not guarantee learning outcomes, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Vocab, interfere with its operation or security, access another person's data, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Plans and third-party services
Some features may depend on a plan or a third-party service. Any purchase made through Apple's App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and purchase process. Google, LINE, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AI providers provide services under their own terms.
Changes and account closure
You may stop using Vocab and delete your account in Settings. We may update these terms when the service changes; the current version and effective date will be published here. If a change materially affects use of the service, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice in the app or on this page.
